be considered. A skilled Registered Nurse with operating room
expertise is needed for a contract position in Lorain, OH. This
role focuses on delivering exceptional perioperative care in a
dynamic surgical environment, requiring strong proficiency in both
scrubbing and circulating duties. Key Responsibilities: Provide
perioperative nursing care in a seven-room inpatient and outpatient
operating unit with the flexibility to float to the main OR
department as needed. Scrub proficiently during surgical
procedures, including those involving robotic systems such as Da
Vinci XI. Assist with circulation duties, particularly in posterior
eye surgeries and eye trauma cases. Collaborate closely with the
surgical team to maintain patient safety, aseptic technique, and
efficient workflow. Respond effectively in a level one trauma
setting and support various surgical specialties. Desired
Qualifications: Current RN license and prior experience in
operating room nursing. Proven ability to scrub for complex
surgeries and familiarity with robotic surgical systems,
specifically Da Vinci XI. Competency in circulating and scrubbing
for posterior eye and trauma cases. Strong communication skills and
adaptability in a fast-paced trauma hospital environment.
Willingness to float between different operating rooms as needed.
