Job Description:
Job Title: Physician Specialty: Family medicine/Internal
Medicine/ Emergency Medicine Location: Toledo OH 43608 Hours/week:
40 Duration: 6 months to Long term Shift: 08:00am-05:00pm (M-F)
Physician Duties • Working collaboratively with intra and
interdepartmental staff to administer treatment for patients
utilizing nationally recognized treatment standards and documenting
utilizing an electronic health record system • Conducting exams and
writing evaluations and reports • Ordering and interpreting
diagnostic testing • Managing medication • Completing
reclassifications and other reviews as indicated • Making referrals
for specialized care or treatment • Performing duties in accordance
with scope of practice, ODRC policies, procedures, protocols, and
related American Correctional Association standards • Participating
in Continuous Quality Improvement meetings and activities,
including peer reviews • Engaging in collaborative agreements, as
needed • Caseload: Up to 2.5 patients/hour Requirement: • BLS/ CPR
certification • DEA certification • Ohio Medical licensure • Copy
of Board Certification
