team! RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships
: Build strong client relationships to foster loyalty and encourage
repeat business, enhancing satisfaction and retention while
identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Conduct
Policy Reviews : Regularly assess clients' coverage needs by
analyzing current policies, identifying gaps, and providing
tailored recommendations to ensure alignment with their goals.
Resolve Complex Customer Issues : Address complex issues such as
claims disputes and policy changes by coordinating with
departments, advocating for clients, and ensuring prompt resolution
to maintain trust and satisfaction. Recommend and Sell Insurance
Products : Use in-depth product knowledge to recommend and explain
policies to both cold and warm leads, adapting sales approaches
based on client familiarity with offerings. QUALIFICATIONS:
Self-Sufficient : Demonstrates the ability to work independently,
take initiative, and solve problems without constant supervision.
Organizational Skills : Maintains structured processes and systems
to manage workload, track progress, and ensure accuracy in all
