Your responsibilities
JOIN OUR GROWING COPPER AND BRASS SALES TEAM... Immediate
OpportunityWhat we are looking for.... a highly motivated Digital
Busines Development professional focused on achieving accelerated
revenue growth from prospecting, cultivating, and building
meaningful business relationships. Employ Sales Navigator,
Salesforce.com, digital leads, social media, and other modern tools
to hunt for relevant opportunities with undeveloped prospects and
high growth potential customers. Develop an in-depth understanding
of customer needs and offer solutions, alternatives, and
improvements to provide sustainable value. Work via close
collaboration with all facets of the organization, communicate key
information to facilitate and execute prospect/customer handoff to
regional commercial teams. Effectively manage and build a database
of legitimate digital contacts while consistently providing
superior customer service with every single interaction.Key
Accountabilities:Prospect qualified digital leads to connect and
develop new business relationships* Utilize social media to grow
customer contact base and secure new business* Facilitate initial
quoting request and serve as liaison with commercial teams* Develop
a digital sales plan with quantifiable goals and objectives, action
plans, and benchmarks for measuring progress* Collaborate with
digital marketing team for large scale campaigns and outreach*
Organize digital leads while tracking daily progress and activity
via CRM* Work closely with the digital sales team to provide
outstanding customer service* Follow current market trends such as
raw material prices, lead-times, production capabilities, value
added opportunities, and communicate important information to
appropriate personnel* Work with procurement and operations to
optimize the sell/buy/fulfill process* Promote digital solutions
with a network of prospects and growth customers* Lead the
achievement of sales, margin, and customer satisfaction goals
Minimum Requirements:* 2-year college degree or equivalent*
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications* Strong verbal and
written communication skills* Excellent organizational skills and
must be resourceful with exceptional project management abilities*
Effective communication and listening skills necessary when
answering phone calls from customers and associating with peers.*
3-5 years of relevant sales experience* Must be acquainted with
social media, strategic selling, and time management Preferred
Requirements:* 4-year degree in business/marketing* 3 years minimum
sales experience in materials distribution* Existing knowledge of
manufacturing industry segmentation standards* Previous experience
using LinkedIn Sales Navigator* Prior leadership and team building
experience* Interpersonal skills necessary to negotiate and close
business with new customers* Ability to maintain and update a
customer database* Analytical capacity to evaluate
customer/prospect data to identify strategic insight **Must be
eligible to work int he USA, no sponsorship opportunity**
