About the roleSUMMARY: The Enterprise Sr. Sales Director is responsible for planning, directing and controlling all phases of a Client account, or group of accounts, in order to increase profits and encourage growth. Assists with the preparation and achievement of annual business plans. Acts as a key contact for the account(s). Directs and manages Enterprise Business Development Managers (BDMs) so that each is fully trained and utilized to the optimum level.What you'll be doingESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for implementing, directing and managing a National Account, or group of accounts, with a minimum revenue opportunity of $30M plus with multiple client sites and multiple subcontract vendors.
  • Recruit, hire and develop Business Development Managers on company products and services.
  • Develops strategy within a client relationship, and work with account team to execute on plans.
  • Ensures that each account in the assigned portfolio has an actionable account plan
  • Develops and implements revenue and expense forecasts for the account. Establishes a budget and assist with the development of short and long-range growth plans.
  • Establishes and maintains rapport with the client. Acts as key contact for assigned accounts.
  • Surveys clients regarding perception of service. Visits field offices to emphasize quality and service. Identify opportunities for further growth of existing client site locations.
  • Develops/Implements approved business plans for assigned account to maintain/expand sales. Reviews sales activity and recommends improvement programs as required.
  • Conducts/participates in sales presentations and prepares and/or coordinates the preparation of proposals for new/expanded business.
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of economic trends and changes affecting local businesses. Maintains records of competitors in the area that display their respective shares of the market, locations, services and benefits offered.
  • Responsible for quality program to include conducting QBR's (Quality Business Reviews) with client as well as vendor community. Satisfies quality metrics that are established for the program and ensures vendor adherence to quality standards.
  • Responsible for DSO/ATB management.
  • Communicates account billing and reporting requirements to Corporate IS and/or Accounting management for the development of systems. Informs field offices of the terms, conditions and systems needed to service the account. Prepares and distributes related reports.
  • Coordinates and facilitates training to staff, vendors and the user community on the technology tools utilized in the account.
  • Negotiates contracts for assigned accounts and oversees the administration of account contracts, track sales and related budgets to increase existing accounts sales/profitability. Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources based on engagement strategy and work contracted.
  • Ensures a proactive sales process by identifying and targeting opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Provides account related sales management coaching and leadership to team members and ensures the effective coordination of sales efforts.
    • Acts as key contact for assigned accounts. Regularly visits accounts' customer offices to provide information on Adecco's staffing solutions while expanding and maintaining business relationships and acts as a point of high-level problem resolution. Develops action plans as required when resolving account problems.
    • Partners with Delivery Director counterparts to ensure successful delivery through order prioritization and delivery strategies.
    • Responsible for Sales Training, Performance Management and Hiring/Firing. About youKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
      • Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and through presentations.
      • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
      • Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
      • IT Staffing & Solutions Experience
      • Engineering Staffing & Solutions Experience
      • Experience managing multiple clients with a total revenue exceeding 30M
      • Prior successful track record in sales.
      • Strong client facing abilities including the ability to handle scope issues.
      • Ability to work with senior management.
      • Knowledge of and the ability to apply sound leadership practices, including developing employees by inspiring, encouraging and providing constructive criticism to improve performance.
      • Strong planning abilities (both strategic & tactical).
      • Adept in technology solutions for various projects.
      • Strong negotiation skills.
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of direct sales experience is required. Combination of post-high school education and related professional work experience equivalent to nine (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Experience managing multiple accounts and supervisory experience is required. Previous experience working with a National Account program, preferably in a Management role is preferred.
