The position consists of working mostly during the school year, with an emphasis on sub retention and recruiting during the summer months.Responsibilities

  • Providing instructions to new employees on how to log into our proprietary IT system so they are able to pick up assignments
  • Assisting new and existing substitute teachers with any questions regarding school assignments, pay, and documentation
  • Assist with new hire orientation
  • Monitor email communications for any emergency assignments throughout the day
  • Validate duplicate/incomplete orders that come into our dispatching system
  • Ability to act urgently to last minute sub call offs
  • Inform recruiters and the management team of any developing concerns expressed by the school district, employees, and applicants
  • Perform other duties as assignedQualifications
    • 1-2 years' experience in a fast pace office environment
    • Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proof reading distributed materials and communication
    • Flexible with start times based on business needs
    • Excellent customer service phone skills
    • Knowledge of office administration procedures
    • Ability to maintain confidential materials
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft programs
