The Lead Sales Operations Consultant will be responsible managing
the analytics and reporting on a specific General Manager's sales
region and their associated customer base within GEAR Central
Region. This person will mainly interface with the Sales
Organization, Executive Management, Finance, Pre-Sales PMO and
their Sales Operations counterparts to report and analyze specific
goals set for that sales region/customer(s) and drive Improved
Supports General Manager (GM), Sales Directors (SD) and Sales
Professionals by providing reporting, analytics and transactional
Maintains and analyzes the base of customer accounts and
addressable prospects for the sales region
Acts as the POC and a key stakeholder in the monthly Sales
Recognition process for the GM's region. Works closely with Finance
and Sales Support Associates to resolve Sales Recognition
Utilizes Salesforce reporting and dashboards, understands sales
funnel & forecasting processes, opportunity management and revenue
data to provide actionable data to key stakeholders
Provides analysis and makes recommendations to enhance sales
productivity and revenue via collaboration with Sales, Human
Resources, Order Entry, Marketing, Finance and Product.
Provides ad hoc reporting as needed and leads or supports other
Helps to guide others in various duties and acts as a subject
matter expert to the Sales organization and their Sales Operations
Ensure Sales Operations policies/practices are reviewed/revised and
communicated as technology and business conditions change.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred or
Minimum 3-5 year's experience in business/financial reporting and
analysis with a track record of implementing improvements.
Candidate must be advanced in Microsoft Excel and Power Point and
must be comfortable speaking and presenting to Executives as the
job will require interaction at that level.
Proven ability to decompose high level business needs into specific
actionable steps that are measurable and reportable.
Proven track record forming partnerships and influencing
effectively across all areas of a large organization.
Strong analytical, communications (oral and written), presentation,
negotiation and conflict resolution skills,
