Your responsibilities
** Although this is a remote work opportunity, our search is focused on candidates residing in the Chicagoland area or the Southfield, MI area.**Business Analyst, Travel is a key member of the thyssenkrupp Finance Community in North America and will support the travel program and related applications for our region. This role will report to the Systems Application Manager and will interact with different levels within the NA Regional Platform, the North American Region and within the GSG Team in Gdansk Poland.Program Support

• Support North American travel management requests for support on Egencia, Concur, and American Express
• Assist any on any booking issues for Egencia, ensuring all pricing has been loaded properly
• Assist on Concur travel expense report submission, ensuring all direct connection tools are properly feeding the systemTechnical Support
  • Monitor and maintenance of Concur, Egencia, and American Express
  • Manage any Master Data changes in our system
  • Support any configuration or interface issues with the Travel applicationsTraining, Process improvement and Help Desk
    • Identify areas of opportunities in streamlining the Travel Expense report ticketing process
    • Standardization and simplification of user self service for Travel related support, provide status on help desk ticketing process and key KPI's to track performances
    • Support help desk questions with quick response time
    • Train and document process; transferrable to other counter parts
      Your profile
      Qualifications
      • College graduate
      • Eligible to work full time in the United States, without sponsorship
      • Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
      • Excellent written and oral communication skills
      • Quick learner and interests in learning business systems and processesWorking Conditions
        • Work environment is primarily remote, but candidate must be able to travel to the Chicago office or to various group company locations in North America as needed
