Description:Summary: The HRIS Analyst will partner to execute
and support the HR technology solutions that advance Client's Human
Resources and People + Culture strategic objectives. This position
will leverage Success Factors and other solutions to execute
ongoing business initiatives. The HRIS Analyst will also support
broader HR reporting analytics. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ---
Taking Numeric data from internal staff regarding Performance and
compensation reviews. The staff ranks on a scale of 1-10 of their
performance then using that info to put into the SAP system,
Success Factors.--- Lead HR contact collaborating with Systems and
HR to identify priorities and deadlines, and prepare and maintain
HR systems to accurately execute HR business deliverables
(compensation planning, incentive compensation, performance
reviews, career conversations onboarding, recruiting, etc.) ---
Support development of customer reports, queries, data
visualizations and storytelling, and analytics to identify tends
and assist with decision making.--- Collaborate in the design,
configuration, documentation, testing and deployment of HR
technology solutions, enhancements to existing solutions, and
continuous process improvements. --- Continuously increase both HR
knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge. Participate in
continuous learning, including user group meetings and conferences.
--- Lead and participate in the review, testing and implementation
of releases, determine impact, and communication changes/benefits
to subject matter experts.Skills:Sap, microsoft excel, hris, HR
reporting, Human resources, Reporting, onboardingAdditional Skills
& Qualifications:MUST HAVE: 2+ years of HR ReportingSAP experience
(success Factors SAP)Microsoft Excel Knowledge EX: Pivot
