Job Description Oakland County Property Management Company
hiring qualified maintenance person with experience in all phases
of apartment maintenance. The maintenance technician is responsible
for preventative and corrective maintenance in vacant and occupied
apartments, common buildings, equipment, and pool. Other
responsibilities include completion of service requests within 24
hours except emergencies, participation in a 7 day 24 hour rotating
on-call schedule for emergency after hour calls. Basic hand tools
are minimum equipment requirements and HVAC certification is a
plus. This person will perform repair and maintenance of HVAC,
electrical and mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, and
structural elements. Full-time position. Email resume and
