About this position: The purpose of the Training Operations Analyst is to support the Training and Development design and delivery teams with scheduling, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include functioning as a Leaning Management System (LMS) administrative expert, scheduling and creating courses, enrolling participants, communicating status updates, fielding questions, running and analyzing reports, remaining current with all LMS updates, and providing support and direction to all Team Members regarding their learning and training needs.

Outcomes & Activities:


  • Serve as LMS administrative expert and primary point of contact for leaders and team members
  • Develop standard reports for ongoing needs and automate when appropriate
  • Provide statistics about key metrics when requested by leadership
  • Prepare training material for trainers and serve as a general contact for questions regarding dealer and team member training, schedules, and preparing rooms as required
  • Manage relationships, contracts, and licenses with external training vendors
  • Manage the T&D mailbox daily to ensure all requests are addressed
  • Coordinate schedules and set up training environment or serve as coordinator for remote classes, acquisition of class reference material or coordination of shipping material through office services
  • Support the marketing and branding of the training department, courses, and content
  • Create and run queries for ad hoc reporting
  • Remain compliant with our policies, processes, and legal guidelines

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent Human Resources/Training and Development experience
    • 2+ years of experience supporting Human Resource or Training and Development department
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel; ability to analyze large quantities of data using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
    • Self-directed and capable of working on assigned tasks with limited daily supervision is a must
    • Ability to work independently and as a team member
    • Exceptional oral and written communication
    • Work onsite at the assigned Credit Acceptance work location

      Knowledge and Skills:

      • Be very organized, detail-oriented, and maintain a high degree of accuracy while multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
      • Possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
      • Effectively communicate with all levels within the organization
      • Remain positive, professional, determined, calm, and focused when faced with a challenging situation
      • Be a critical thinker, with an ability to understand and interpret information and data promptly and effectively
      • Be self-driven, motivated to help, and able to perform with minimal supervision in a team environment
      • Demonstrate initiative by being proactive in work duties and making recommendations as opportunities arise

        Preferred:

        • Degree in HR Administration or Training and Development
        • Experience in LMS administration
        • Knowledge of relational database systems and query/reporting tools and web application delivery methods
        • Strong understanding of database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with database tools

            Targeted Compensation: $57,600 - $67,000

            Required degrees must have been earned at institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
