Job Description:

The Compliance Department is comprised of licensed attorneys and several legal assistants. The primary purpose of this department is to detect, prevent and remediate problems that might occur within the Company's operations. The Company's compliance professionals work closely with the business and the attorneys in the Corporate Legal Department to make certain that the Company is operating in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Employment in the Compliance Department will expose team members to all aspects of the Company's business which will help guide career growth both within and outside the Department.Outcomes & Activities:

  • Assess and action the dimensions of Organizational Health that directly affect your team to drive top performance by:

    • Setting and enforcing Clear Expectations for your team
    • Creating and maintaining the Right Work Environment
    • Ensuring your team consists of the Right People
    • Monitoring and tracking Metrics and assessing the Right Number for your team
    • Monitoring and evaluating team performance and continuously coaching team members via the Performance Management process
    • Assessing your team Org. Design and structure; span of control
    • Provide Training through job aids and acting as a coach through side by sides and being available to answer questions
    • Ensuring that your team has the proper Tools to efficiently accomplish their work
    • Actively assess the Quality of your team's work and monitor the Service Levels that your team delivers in handling inbound work
    • Remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines


      • Minimum 2 years of recent and relevant experience (e.g. leadership, remediation activities or project management)
      • Clear understanding of the dimensions of organizational health
      • Experience with quickly learning and becoming a subject matter expert in new systems/processes
      • Work onsite at the assigned Credit Acceptance work location


        • Bachelor's Degree

              Targeted Compensation: $59,828 - $79,771

              Required degrees must have been earned at institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
