For more information, go to position is responsible to provide and deliver the highest level of professional recruitment services to the company. The position is designed to function as a "Brand Ambassador" within a given territory. Emphasis is given to providing a value-added service to hiring managers and candidates by aligning candidate/hiring manager expectations through consultative selling. The Regional Recruiter is responsible for using selection tools and professional judgment to make hiring recommendations supporting quality patient care and team member retention.+ Sources qualified candidates through a variety of tools and strategies:+ Online postings, social networks (online and analog), ATS data mining, resume database mining, industry specific job fairs, professional conferences, targeted mail and email programs, open interview events, and other leading methods+ Delivers engaging presentations to nurture relationships and educate candidate pools on the value proposition to join GEDC+ Partners with local leaders to secure and leverage relationships with centers of influence such as trade associations, alumni networks, college and university placement offices, etc.+ Partners with hiring managers to ensure a seamless, value-added, and comprehensive hiring experience+ Conducts job intake with hiring manager for each newly approved job to establish candidate requirements, sourcing strategy, interview process, etc.+ Reviews applicant flow on assigned jobs daily to ensure adequate qualified applicant flow and takes initiative to increase flow where needed+ Facilitates the candidate screening process by using tools like video interviews, assessments, and phone screens. Completes required documentation and notes in systems.+ Arranges interview times and coordinates with hiring Manager and candidate when appropriate+ Monitors and manages talent pools to maintain depth for future needs+ Updates ATS so candidate communication is done in a timely manner+ Updates systems with correct data needed for talent acquisition reporting and metrics+ Delivers and negotiates verbal offers+ Conducts background checks on selected candidates in a timely manner and informs key stakeholders of results+ Creates and delivers offer letters to candidates+ Informs HR team of upcoming new hires and start dates+ Partners with HR team to ensure positive on boarding experience for new team member+ Notifies payroll team of employee referral bonus qualification through creation of HR helpdesk tickets+ Conducts exit interviews over the phone on select terminations+ Creates regular and ad hoc status reports on hires and open jobs+ Other tasks as requested by Director of Recruiting+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience+ 2-3 years experience with professional level recruitment+ Active participation in professional organizations a plusID: 2022-24737 Street: 29777 Telegraph Road, Suite 3000
