Why this is the last job you will ever need:We have over 100 brokers to originate with, which means you will never lose a deal to a competitor because of pricing.We are looking for experienced salespeople in the mortgage industry who are driven, energized, and have a positive mentality.If you are currently in the mortgage industry and looking for a better fit, please talk to us. Chances are, we will pay you much a much higher commission rate than what you're currently getting paid.We have a laid back atmosphere with a lot of support, and we don't believe in micromanaging.In the past, we've done all-expense paid office trips to places like Costa Rica, Miami, the Bahamas, etc at the end of each year. We work extremely hard, but we play even harder because there's no point in making an amazing living if you can't live amazingly.This is primarily a commission based job, but there is a bi-weekly draw paid whether you make a sale or not.As an employee of a federally chartered bank, you will get instantly licensed in all 50 states. Benefits are available after 90 days.There is no limit to how much money you can make, and you will be eligible for a promotion after 9 months, at which point there will be no limit to the growth of your team.If 9 months is too long, justify it with outstanding sales performance, and we will get you a team of loan officers right away.There are only 3 minimum job requirements:

• The ability to cope with negativity well. In sales, only the strong survive and thrive, so you must be ability to handle negativity well. Truth is, selling doesn't start until you hear the first no!
• Honesty. This is a critical personality trait we look for. Without honesty, we can't evaluate employee shortcomings and offer ways to improve, which means you won't grow to your full potential.
• Strong work ethic. Again, we don't micromanage, but that's because we only recruit salespeople who are self-driven. You won't work long hours, but you are expected to make every second count while you are on the clock.While most mortgage companies are laying off employees or shutting down, we are on a hiring blitz. Here are ALL the reasons why we re on a hiring blitz:1. World class leads that are unstoppable in any rate environment.2. Zero micromanaging.3. Minimal testing required. Get licensed in all 50 states on Day 1.4. After 9 months of continuous employment, you have the option to work from home or get your own team.5. If you chose not to have your own team, you can continue to follow our schedule or make your own hours.6. If you become a team leader, there are no limits to how big your team can grow. Make residual on your team s closings.7. Up to $6,000 per loan officer referral.8. No corporate politics. No unprofessional managers. No drama.9. Our average loan amount is $480,000. High loan amounts mean higher commissions for less work.10. The average loan officer makes $8k/month or $96k/year.
