Detroit market with our client, Eaton. The
candidate will have oversight of a cafe and market concept in
Southfield, MI. Looking for a self starter who can manage this
small remote unit and deliver outstanding food and customer
service. Great opportunity to start a management career and
stepping stone to more opportunities as the Michigan area is
growing. Great life balance as this position is Monday through
Friday.This is a client savvy and customer service driven position,
responsible for oversight of the Cafeteria operations for a small
corporate office building.
The successful candidate will have oversight of a unit where Sodexo
provides mostly breakfast and lunch service. This
position supports all facets of daily culinary
production, financial reporting, and development
of employees. The best qualified
candidate will have excellent leadership experience and a focus on
safety, sanitation and quality / standards.
Responsibilities of this manager:
Prepares and updates statistical reports
Hands-on food prep
Strong focus on high quality food presentation
Manages the budget by increasing revenue and controlling
Supervises day-today work activities, assigning and prioritizing
activities, and monitoring operating standards
Responsible for all unit finance reporting
All food production training, quality control, and
Strong compliance with HACCP and Food Safety
