We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to handle all aspects of social media for our Sun Communities & Sun RV Resorts.OVERVIEWAs a Social Media Coordinator, you'll be responsible for creating, editing, distributing and optimizing relevant, contextual and personalized content across social media platforms to attract, engage and retain customers. You'll analyze performance data and make daily changes and optimizations to achieve set marketing objectives.JOB DUTIESMonitor and maintain the Companys social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+, etc.Communicate via social media with residents, guests and customers on a daily basis.Review and analyze various content including microblogs, blogs, photos, videos, events, ratings and reviews; provide strategic and actionable recommendations on ways to optimize social media content.Perform competitor product analysis to understand the appeal of other marketing efforts and social media approaches in the market.Set and measure progress towards web analytic goals to ensure an understanding of campaign and message effectiveness.Respond to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTSBachelors degree in Marketing or related fieldMinimum of 2 years experience maintaining corporate social media sites across multiple platforms and channelsKnowledge of current social media technologies, trends and competitionAbility to design and manage social marketing campaigns via various social media sourcesStrong customer service, creativity and ability to strategizeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBENEFITSAt Sun Communities, you will be part of an industry-leading organization where you will be challenged, inspired, rewarded and transformed.
