This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of operations by performing a variety of daily responsibilities shared among team members. The role requires cross-training in various areas of the company's departments involving general clerical tasks and the civil litigation process.Essential Job Functions / Duties and Responsibilities--- Process incoming and outgoing mail by department and category--- Perform data entry duties and miscellaneous tasks as required--- Assist with special projects when necessary--- Assist with imaging documents--- Other job duties and projects as assignedPosition Qualifications: Required Qualifications--- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills--- Experience with document scanning equipment--- High school diploma or equivalentBenefits:* This is a full time and long-term position in a traditional office setting.* Weekly pay and the option for health insurance immediately - including dental and vision!* Direct Hire option available after evaluation period - pay increases available when hired in!* Monday through Friday schedule with optional overtime* Set schedule
