Title : Web Developer / Member Engagement Coordinator Location : Southfield, MI Duration : 02 Months + Job Description: - May support outreach on priority communications - Collaborate with Communications and Marketing on the design, review and approval of new, changed/update member materials . - Support Committees, Advisory Council, call center training, etc. related to meeting preparation, meeting minutes, and maintenance of meeting documents.Support call center concerns, research and provide responses as needed and/or requested. - Maintain member communications via daily review, vendor production and inventory, sign off for approvals. - Monitor print/fulfillment activities and provide notification of concerns, to include incentives - Process any incoming HMP HRA forms and forward to RROT. - Maintain HMP monthly dashboard with weekly and/or monthly updates - Three to five years developing web applications - Creative thinking and strong written and oral communications. - Ability to use consumer insights data, platform performance, and key trends to inform the development of strategies and plans. - Ability to stay ahead of digital trends and provide POVs/implications for clients on frequent basis. - Ability to manage programs with multiple components, and align internal and external resources to achieve results. - Working knowledge of project management concepts, tools and techniques. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud.
