For dependable candidates, we will bring you on for the landscape season and begin training for a crew leader position. Job Description: As a Snow Removal Specialist, you will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from residential and commercial properties. This includes shoveling, operating snow removal equipment, and ensuring safe access for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Clear snow and ice from driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots. Operate snowplows, snow blowers, and other snow removal equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events. Maintain equipment and report any issues or needed repairs. Communicate effectively with team members and customers. Qualifications: Previous snow removal or landscaping experience preferred. Ability to work long hours in winter weather conditions. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
