Responsibilities:
--- Interfaced with clients and managed case deadlines.
--- Draft motions, pleadings, memorandum, discovery demands and responses, correspondence, etc.
--- Handle all aspects of criminal law cases from inception through completion.
--- Manage litigation schedule.
--- Lead, delegate, and drive a support team to provide the best possible representation for your clients.
--- Client interface and meetings.
--- Manages cases from inception through trial.
--- Strategic thinking to zealously advocate for all clients.
--- Handling all aspects of litigation.
--- Performing legal research.

Qualifications:
--- Admission to the Michigan State Bar is required.
--- Federal Experience is preferred but not required.
--- The ideal candidate is kind, empathetic, and energetic, with a strong desire for success.
--- Minimum 3 years of practice or equivalent legal experience, with over 10 jury trials or formal trial training.
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
--- Superb customer service skills are expected.
--- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
--- A positive attitude is highly valued.
--- The candidate should be able to analyze, collaborate, and implement trial strategies to achieve client goals.
