Marathon Petroleum Corporation, a leader in the energy sector and the largest refiner in the United States, is seeking a skilled OT Compliance Manager to join our Information Technology & Cybersecurity team. This position is critical in ensuring that our operational technology (OT) systems are compliant with all regulatory, corporate, and security standards. The role demands a proactive leader who can manage compliance processes, conduct risk assessments, and effectively communicate compliance statuses and issues within the OT environment at our various facilities nationwide. Develop, implement, and oversee the compliance monitoring programs for operational technology systems across all facilities. Conduct regular and ad-hoc security and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry laws and regulations such as NERC CIP. Manage the preparation and submission of all necessary compliance documentation and reports. Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to align OT compliance with overall corporate security strategies. Train and guide OT staff on compliance policies and best practices to maintain security standards and operational integrity. Stay abreast of new regulations or changes in the industry that impact OT and adjust compliance strategies accordingly. Deep understanding of OT systems and related cybersecurity principles. Experience with regulatory compliance, including NERC CIP, ISO 27001, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and training skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency in risk assessment tools and compliance software.
