Position Role/Tile: Technical Manager
Location: Southfield, MI

• Minimum 10+ years' experience and minimum 3 years of client interfacing experience.
• Expertise in leading "Managed Services (AMS) projects driven by ITSM/ITIL framework in onsite-offshore model. Must have experience leading SLA based engagements.
• Experience working for Automotive Client and preferred exposure to discrete manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Enterprise Systems and Architectures. Both Web Based and Desktop based applications
• Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to communicate and manage expectations of different stakeholders including technical teams, Client Business Partners, Client IT team, Directors.
• Hands on experience in .NET Technology stack. Experience with Technology Stack: .NET, Java, Enterprise systems like PLM/PDM, off-the-shelf products like PLM-Teamcenter, Planisware etc
