activities including building a talent pipeline of qualified,

managers within each department to identify, source, attract, and

qualifications!Serves as a departmental contact for all recruitment
activities.Assists with the deployment recruitment
initiativesFacilitates recruitment process by pre-screening
applicants, posting opportunities, developing recruiting plans,
participating in interviews, sourcing candidates, and coordinating
the use of temporary employees.Maintains Departmental reports
turnover, headcount, time to hire, vacancy, and openpositions
reports.Screens and refers qualified applicants to the hiring
manager for interviewing including initial screening to verify past
work history, education, training, skills, and salary
requirements.Coordinates offer of employment, on-boarding, and
pre-employment screening processes.Builds talent pipeline by
organizing direct mail and social media campaigns, maintaining
college and professional association relationships, and attending
career fairs.Partners with HR Director to build employer
brand.Manages ATS, candidate experience, and candidate
communication.Participates in recruitment efforts for exempt and
nonexempt personnel; helps coordinate the use of temporary
employees.Maintains applicant flow logs.Meets with managers to
develop specific recruiting plans.Develops and maintains
professional relationships with college, university, and community
college placement offices as a source to generate qualified
applicants.Schedules and attends job/career fairs with appropriate
staff to generate qualifiedapplicants.Provides information on
company operations and job opportunities to potential
applicants.Other duties as assignedQualifications:RequiredA
bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Healthcare
Administration orrelated field or equivalent work experience3 -5
years of Recruiting experience1-2 years of previous experience in a
fast-paced environmentExperience utilizing applicant tracking
system(s)Intermediate level with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and
PowerPoint.Ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and
courteously.Ability to use discretion and judgmental when handling
matters of a sensitive orconfidential natureAdvanced time
management, problem-solving, customer service, interpersonal,
andconflict resolution skillsAbility to be forward-thinking and
take initiative to accomplish goals and objectives ofthe
departmentAbility to analyze information, research issues, pay
attention to detail, and meetdeadlinesAbility to format documents
and use proper grammar, punctuation, and spell-check.Valid and
unrestricted Driver's LicensePreferred2-3 years of Human Resources
experienceExperience working in the medical and/or behavioral
