2 interns supporting NextEra Storm Nursing - need to be up and running by April! Epitec, Inc. -- POSITION:--SALES AND RECRUITING INTERN DEPARTMENT: Delivery Team REPORTS TO: Manager of Sales and Recruiting -- POSITION SUMMARY FOR SALES AND RECRUITING INTERN: The Primary objective of this position is to identify and screen candidates to support the recruiting and sales teams to meet objectives. -- RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SALES AND RECRUITING INTERN: Reviewing and editing resumes Conducting phone screens with potential employees Sourcing candidates using various databases and tools, such as Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Working with recruiters to add candidate information into the database Performing other duties as requested -- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR SALES AND RECRUITING INTERN: Junior or senior in college (preferably in marketing, communication, sales, and business); this is not an HR role. No human resources majors. Minimum 3.0 G.P.A. A desire to develop a career in sales -- ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR SALES AND RECRUITING INTERN: Must prioritize and plan work day around sufficient coverage of each job order to identify qualified candidates Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in monitoring delivery metrics to ensure goals are met Must adapt to changes in environment, manage competing demands, and deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events Must demonstrate problem solving skills Must communicate frequently via phone, email, or in person to qualify candidates Planning/Problem solving skills - identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner Sales/Marketing skills Administrative/Organizational skills A sense of urgency and a high standard of professionalism and character Oral communication skills - speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations Interpersonal skills - maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas, and exhibits willingness to try new things Written communications skills - edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively, and can read and interpret written information
