Population: General Neurology - Setting: Outpatient (100%
outpatient with optional inpatient consults) - Responsibilities: -
Outpatient EEGs, inpatient EMGs - 1:3 outpatient call, first call
by APPs - Option to teach medical students and advanced practice
trainees - Ability to choose patient mix and practice at the top of
the license - Required Procedures: EEGs, EMGs - EMR System: Not
specified - Support Staff: Full, dedicated support team - Days Per
Month: Flexible schedule (options available) - On-Call/Weekends:
1:3 outpatient call, first call by APPs Submission Requirements: -
Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in
Neurology - Required - Ohio license (or willing to obtain) -
Required - Date of agency's last communication with provider (note
in "Additional Submission Details") - Required - Reason for

Required - Preferred schedule option (note in "Additional
