Date: ASAP About the Position Exciting Opportunity for Locum NP/PA
in Cardiovascular Care – Clinton Twp, MI Overview: Join our
esteemed healthcare team as a Locum NP/PA specializing in
Cardiovascular Care and make a significant impact in the inpatient
CVICU setting. This role offers the chance to work autonomously,
managing adult post-operative cardiovascular patients in a dynamic
hospital environment. Perfect for experienced providers seeking
flexible scheduling and competitive compensation, this assignment
provides valuable clinical exposure while supporting hospital
staffing needs. Required Skills: Current NP or PA licensure in
Michigan Proven experience in cardiovascular or critical care
settings Ability to independently manage adult CVICU patients
Proficiency with advanced cardiovascular monitoring Strong clinical
judgment and excellent communication skills EMR proficiency,
preferably with Epic Nice to Have Skills: Certification in Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Prior experience in a
hospital-based CVICU Familiarity with post-operative cardiovascular
patient management Bilingual abilities or additional languages
Preferred Education and Experience: Master's degree in Nursing or
Physician Assistant Studies Minimum of 2 years of relevant
inpatient critical care experience Prior locum or travel healthcare
experience is advantageous Other Requirements: Credentialing
timeframe of approximately 90-120 days Flexibility to work 12-hour
shifts (day, night, or swing) including weekends No call
responsibilities required Availability to start as soon as
credentialed; anticipated start date is June 1, 2026 Travel
expenses such as flight, hotel, and rental car or mileage
