Aides to join our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation community. In
this position, you’ll play a key role by safely administering
medications, assisting with daily living needs, and supporting
residents through their recovery and long-term care journeys. What
You’ll Do Administer medications accurately, safely, and on
schedule in compliance with physician orders and state regulations
Record medication administration according to facility policies and
regulatory standards Monitor residents for changes in condition or
side effects and promptly report concerns to licensed nursing staff
Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as grooming,
hygiene, and mobility, as needed Communicate respectfully and
effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members
Contribute to a safe, clean, and supportive environment for
residents in both rehab and long-term care Qualifications High
school diploma or equivalent required Active Medication Aide
certification (QMA, CMA, or MA-C) in the State of Ohio Experience
in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Compassionate,
dependable, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask in a
