You will practice high-quality medical oncology and hematology in a collaborative setting with multidisciplinary support, modern treatment protocols, and a schedule that allows you to stay fully engaged at work without sacrificing your life outside the clinic. Practice Overview Physician-owned multispecialty group with 3 medical oncologists, 1 radiation oncologist, and 2 experienced nurse practitioners More than 200 referring primary care physicians support two established hospital-based clinics Balanced case mix with approximately 50 percent hematology and 50 percent solid tumor oncology Multidisciplinary tumor boards and coordinated cancer care across specialties Shared call structure with low in-person demand and predictable coverage Schedule Four-day clinical workweek split between two nearby hospitals Consistent weekday hours with steady, well-managed patient flow Dedicated administrative time each month for documentation and program development Weekend call averages two to four inpatient consults per day, primarily phone-based Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with RVU-based productivity incentives Call stipend of $400 per day Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, malpractice with tail, CME, and generous paid time off Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, retention incentives, and potential loan forgiveness Compensation structure designed for longevity, security, and professional growth Live and Work in Northern Ohio Located along the shores of Lake Erie, this northern Ohio community offers a rare blend of waterfront living and Midwestern accessibility.
