Job Description:
The Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) provides compassionate,
patient-centered care, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to
improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include administering and supervising care,
evaluating nursing practices, and acting as a role model for
hospital mission and patient promise.
Utilizes the nursing process to meet patient needs, establish
rapport, and promote independence through education and
support.
Adheres to standards, regulations, and clinical guidelines,
critically evaluating evidence for best practices.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing
program, current FL RN licensure, BLS, ACLS (within 90 days), and
NIHSS stroke certification (within 30 days).
This full-time, day-shift role offers competitive pay
($32.87-$46.95/hr) and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k),
paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and relocation
assistance.
Must be able to commute to or relocate to Zephyrhills, FL.
