Requirements: The facility requires candidates to have Michigan license in hand at the time of application. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Must have completed the three months home dialysis training. Clinic setting. Required: Must be able to do home training. Must be able to work with chronic dialysis patients. On call can be a possibility. The Manager will discuss with the candidate during the interview. This will not be a factor of selection. BLS must be AHA.
