We Are Hiring RN-Registered Nurse - Newland Infusion Southfield -- Full-Time,Rotating - Ascension Medical Group, Providence Cancer Center -- Southfield,MIMonday through Friday; times will vary by site, patient infusion schedule, and the physician clinic schedule for that day. - -Generally, infusion service times will be from 8 a.m. or 8:30 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. or 5 p.m. -Why Join Ascension? Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.Assesses and coordinates patient''s discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.What You Will Need Licenses/Certifications/Registration:Required Credential(s):BLS Provider -credentialed from the -American Heart Association (AHA) -obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. -American Red Cross (ARC) CPR for Professional Rescuers card will be accepted upon hire but renewal must be a BLS Provider card from AHA.Registered Nurse -credentialed from the -Michigan Board of Nursing -obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. -Education:Diploma -Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing requiredWork Experience:None required.3-5 years recent med surge or critcal care experience preferredoncology and.or chemotherapy experience preferredIV therapy experience preferredEqual Employment Opportunity Ascension Michigan -is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
