Job Description:
A company is looking for a Freelance Resource Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Resource Management and Project Management teams
to allocate and manage talent for client work
Oversee the intake of resource requests and manage tracking through
Smartsheet
Partner with other Resource Managers to optimize resource sharing
and escalate challenges as needed
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in resource management or project
management (agency experience preferred)
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and
deadlines
Proficiency in Office software and familiarity with
project/resource management tools
