Job Description:
Eaton's VEH Vehicle Group division is currently seeking a
Product Manager Digital Service Tools. to join our team located at
either our Galesburg, MI or Southfield MI locations.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $101250.0 -
$148500.0 a year.

What you'll do:
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Responsible for the development and execution of product line
strategies, pricing strategies, competitor assessments and
strategy, and new product launch coordination for assigned
product(s). This role will be responsible for analyzing, developing
and driving product strategies that enhance Eaton's market position
and provide opportunities for profitable growth in the assigned
products. This role is accountable for growing their revenue,
product portfolio management, life-cycle management, margin, cost
out (VAVE), and market share goals. In addition, the role will
coordinate with the other staff functions to ensure cross
communication required to support new product launches and
promotional activities.
--- Development and execution of diagnostic, digital and new
technology product line strategies, programs, and promotions to
accelerate aftermarket growth in support of PP and Strat Plan.
--- Achievement of aftermarket product line revenue, margin, and
cost out initiatives.
--- Utilize C360 tool to report & track sales opportunities.
--- Participation in annual Profit Plan and Strat Plan development
for assigned products
--- Communicate aftermarket needs with production divisions and
global product strategy team to support growth initiatives
including cost targets, competitive intelligence, and portfolio
needs and strategies.
--- Communication/development of tools needed for effective
customer and sales implementation of product programs
--- Work with sales and customers for training and
commercialization during product launch
--- Effectively monitor new opportunities with sales, identify
priorities and deploy specific to customers
--- Use tools to track, plan, and forecast sales and program
success by product line against PP and Forecast goals
--- Ability to proactively address changing conditions by
identifying issues and developing recommendations to mitigate risks
and achieve targets
--- Lead competitive assessments including ensuring updated cross
references, pricing strategies, and portfolio requirements to
maintain market position.
--- Work with marketing communications team to develop required
marketing collateral material including brochures, advertising,
press releases, and/or sell sheets to support the strategy
execution.
--- Lead development of critical information required for
online/digital presence for product line including weights,
dimensions, photographs, product categorizations, VMRS codes,
etc.
--- Attend aftermarket shows as appropriate to communicate key
messages and to drive growth.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
--- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
--- Minimum of 5 years' experience in successful implementation
Sales and Marketing based initiatives
--- Minimum of 3 years of Product Management / Product Strategy
experience
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or degree in marketing, business, or engineering.
Experience with remanufactured products & cores
Proven business skills and interpersonal communication /
influencing skills
PC proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Power
Point and Excel
