Caratis looking to add anSenior Manager, Analytics our team, working with one of our largest clients, an automotive powerhouse. Reporting to the Associate Director, Analytics. We are looking for someone ready to embrace a challenge and able to see how a thoughtful application of data can make all the difference. One who considers themselves an expert data visualization. The Data and Product team sits at the center of the agency, informing many aspects of our client's strategy, media activation, optimization, and creative messaging.

Job Description

The Senior Manager, Analytics will contribute on the team responsible for the development, management/maintenance of our suite of analytic products, related workflows and help develop thoughtful data-driven applications within the agency. You will be asked to challenge the status quo and will be given a high degree of latitude to completely rethink how we use data to support the media agency and our client's business with a truly data driven approach. You will be hands-on, and you will help create next generation agency capability.

As the Senior Manager, other duties will include prototyping, implementing new/existing processes to ensure continuous improvement of the analytics practice. You would be an active participant on the business, consistently engaged and contributing ideas as it pertains to the advancement of important priorities. You are someone who can prioritize and manage projects, tasks and people. You will be curious and ready to help build game-changing data tools used to deliver a high value perspective, unprecedented insight and transparency into media quality and business impacts. Attention to process and detail is important to your success.

* Work with data enablement on customized datasets to support the Product, Data Science and Analytics teams, which are used in general performance reporting, advanced analytical products, and data science applications
* Acquire a general understanding of ETL for required data sources, typically using several data connectors to on-board data from paid media platforms
* Acquire a general understanding the data flows, used to support data delivery to Product, Data Science and Analytic teams
* Collaborate with important partners to capture data requirements and deliver customized dashboard and analytic products (expert experience in Tableau and/or Power BI a plus)
* Partner with Global Data Operations to ensure data availability
* Support database cleanliness and hygiene
* Develop QA process to ensure analytic dashboard integrity and accuracy
* Serve an essential role building the data visualization architecture used in all our priority projects that are core and foundational to achieving analytic and data driven success

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree
* 5-8 yrs experience preferred building data structures, tables, and views
* Experience with data visualization, data wrangling concepts,
* Experience in Tableau Desktop/Server and/or Power BI Desktop Pro/Server
* Experience writing queries against tables/views.
* Knowledge and/or experience in the area of data science, the application of data science principles and best practices
* Experience with R or Python desired but not required
* Experience supporting Machine Learning applications

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $104,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
