About this Position: The purpose of the Manager, Business Analyst, Enterprise Shared Servicesposition is to provide leadership and guidance to a team responsible for business analysis and quality assurance for enterprise shared services. This leader will: * Act as a Consultant, Coach, Mentor to a team of business analysts and quality assurance specialists. * Apply documentation and testing standards, recommending process improvements as needed * Learn the business process your application supports so your features will better support the business * Understand the I.T. ecosystem and the business operational processes; identify deficiencies and offer suggestions to improve it * Collect, filter and prioritize work from the various stakeholders. * Deliver projects and enhancements on schedule and to specifications. * Recognize upstream and downstream impacts; communicate effectively (verbally & in writing) * Gather requirements of high complexity, partner with developers, and test features to ensure they meet user requirements * Demonstrate expert skills, such as leading meetings, eliciting requirements and time management * Remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines Outcomes_&_Activities * Build a team with the right people and the right number of people under a strong organization design * Give each team member a clear expectation of what s/he must do to succeed * Train team members to use tools and processes efficiently. Encourage formal training where appropriate. Develop an effective training plan for team members * Provide support, tools and training to help Team Members improve performance. Address substandard performance appropriately * Create a work atmosphere that encourages open discussion where employees are engaged, motivated and have trust in their leader s vision, ability, integrity * Improve your team processes to provide excellent customer service * All other duties as assigned * Attendance as required by department Requirements * Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field of study * Minimum 10 years experience in Business Analyst or related role * Experience leading 2+ end-to-end enterprise-wide project implementations * Strong supervisory experience leading team members with different skill sets * Business process and technical process reengineering experience in financial industry * Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience communicating with leaders * Work onsite at the assigned Credit Acceptance work location Preferred * Project Management experience; PMP certification * Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) * Ability to write complex database queries (SQL / PLSQL) and study data patterns * Basic understanding of Java technologies * Testing certifications * Knowledge of PPM tools such as JIRA and/or ServiceNow ITBM Knowledge_And_Skills * Respond promptly and effectively to problems, projects and tasks * Be organized, with ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests * Convey complex information in a timely and easily understood way to all levels of the organization * Demonstrate insight; make recommendations as opportunities arise * Be self-driven, motivated to help, and able to perform with moderate supervision * Maintain customer focus; keep the customer s and company s best interest in mind * Work well with abstract concepts. Targeted Compensation: $106,526.39 - $124,280.79 INDCS Required degrees must have been earned at institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
