senior-level R&D Product Engineer to support our Findlay, Ohio

Location: On-Site Findlay, Ohio Department: R & D Reports To:
R&D Supervisor Shift/Schedule: Daytime M-F JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
Optimize productivity by design, implementation, and testing of new
products Tracking metrics and reporting Managing production trial
projects Raw material qualifications Develop programs and methods
for product engineering Technical point of contact for customers
and commercial representatives Manage projects with
cross-functional teams Identifies potential markets within the
flexible packaging film and specialty film JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or similar 4 years
experience R&D Engineering in plastic films manufacturing is
required Strong communication and analytical skills as well as
