Job Description Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical ownership of a prismatic lithium ion
battery product Develop models of cell performance Develop
validation plans Lead cell technical reviews with suppliers and
cross functional teams Support systems engineering with
requirements and DFMEA’s Develop Product specifications and support
SDS development Work with manufacturing to develop changes
necessary to support manufacture on cell prototype line Data
analysis of manufacturing process data, quality inspection data and
validation test repots to ensure conformity of prototype cell
production Prepare customer reports for cell development and
validation progress Work with raw material suppliers and support
the validation of new materials with the electrochemical team
Structured root cause of development/validation/prototype
manufacturing issues
