Role Overview • Accurately diagnose and repair HVAC equipment in residential, multifamily, and light commercial properties. • Provide honest options and solutions, empowering homeowners or property managers to decide what’s best for them. • Deliver first-class customer service without gimmicks, sales quotas, or upsell scripts. • Mentor junior technicians and share expertise to foster a collaborative, skilled team. • Verify proper system functionality after repairs, including airflow, electrical components, refrigerant levels, combustion safety when applicable, and overall system performance. • Ensure all work meets local code requirements and company safety standards. • Maintain accurate service notes, documentation, and diagnostic findings through our service software. Role Overview • Install HVAC equipment and ductwork in residential, multifamily, and light commercial properties. • Provide professional communication and service without sales pressure or upselling. • Share installation practices and knowledge with less experienced team members. • Perform full system commissioning, including startup, airflow verification, electrical checks, and refrigerant charge verification. • Calibrate thermostats, zone controls, dampers, and system accessories for optimal performance. • Confirm each installation meets manufacturer specifications, industry best practices, and local mechanical code. • Provide customers with a clear and basic explanation of system operation when requested. Role Overview • Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups for HVAC systems in residential, multifamily, and light commercial settings. • Inspect and maintain boiler systems to ensure safety and efficiency. • Provide honest evaluations and empower homeowners or property managers to make informed decisions. • Support learning and development for junior technicians. • Inspect electrical connections, blower components, burners, heat exchangers, evaporator/condenser coils, refrigerant levels, and airflow to maintain system efficiency. • Record performance metrics and maintenance findings to build historical equipment records. • Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety standards, manufacturer specs, and local code where applicable.
