Job Description Join our innovative EES Battery Storage unit
program, projected to span the next 2-3 years. You will receive
training on the first shift from 5:50 AM to 2:05 PM until March
1st. Thereafter, you will transition to a continental 4-crew model
with shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM. You will be assigned to one of the
A, B, C, or D crews. Responsibilities Perform manufacturing
assembly at various operating stations throughout the battery line.
Conduct quality checks on parts. Pack and prepare parts for
shipment. Assemble and sub-assemble battery packs. Maintain general
cleanliness and perform maintenance tasks within the facility.
Train on multiple stations of the line, which may involve adding
components to the battery pack, using torque tools, and operating
click buttons. Essential Skills Ability to follow instructions and
maintain attention throughout shifts lasting 8-12 hours. Capability
to learn and operate multiple stations in the manufacturing
process. Physical stamina to stand and remain active for entire
shifts up to 12 hours. Comfortable with assigned tasks, which may
involve moving around to break down boxes, move materials, and
assist in loading the line. Minimum of 6 months of assembly or
machine operating experience. Possession of a high school diploma
or GED. Ability to lift or move 15-20 pounds at a time. Additional
Skills & Qualifications Ability to refrain from using cell phones
during shifts. Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and

and impeccably clean. The warehouse is equipped with new equipment
throughout, and employees will wear lab coats, boots, and safety
glasses for protection. Participate in a comprehensive orientation
on the first shift during your initial week, before transferring to
your designated shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to
Hire position based out of Auburn Hills, MI. Pay and Benefits The
pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
