Lansing, MI Salary Range: $112,000 - $161,000 depending on

Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing
engineers and technical staff. Oversee the planning, execution, and
successful completion of engineering projects for production lines
and new product introduction. Drive continuous improvement
initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, efficiency,
quality, and cost reduction. Ensure the technical integrity,
reliability, and safety of manufacturing equipment, processes, and
designs. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality,
R&D, and supply chain teams to achieve operational goals.
Develop and manage the engineering department's budget, resources,
and capital expenditure requests. Establish and enforce engineering
standards, best practices, and compliance with industry
regulations. Recommended Qualifications Strong technical background
in engineering principles and manufacturing processes. Proven
experience leading and developing engineering teams in a production
environment. Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering
projects from conception to completion. Proficiency in continuous
improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) relevant to
manufacturing. Excellent communication and cross-functional
collaboration skills. Bonus Qualifications Certifications in Lean
Six Sigma, PMP, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration
(MBA), or a related field. Experience with enterprise resource
planning (ERP) or product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, automation, or advanced
