Job title: ASPICE process engineerLocation: Southfield, MI
Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of internal development policies, procedures, concepts, practices, and tools
  • Develop and maintain organizational QMS and process assets in-line with internal standards and Industry standards as related to ASPICE
  • Perform gap analysis to identify issues with processes and offer improvement ideas
  • Lead technical working groups to create and pilot process solutions
  • Deploy processes and train development teams
  • Prepare development teams for ASPICE assessments, participate in audits and assessments
  • Perform internal audits and evaluations, help assure quality of work products and process activities for software development projects
    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
    • Minimum five (5) years of experience related to process engineering or systems engineering
    • IntacsTM ASPICE Provisional Assessor certification
    • Expertise with ASPICE requirements for new product development process
    • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
