WordPress.We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing
Analyst with Google Analytics experience to join our team.The
Marketing Analyst is responsible for researching, reporting, and
analyzing data within the Marketing funnel to improve media
strategies and grow leads and sales. The role will be responsible
for providing reporting, insight and analysis of performance across
multiple digital channels for our two brands. This position
requires strong analytical, organizational, and communications
skills. The ideal candidate is curious, attentive and adaptable;
capable of both executing data analysis and presenting their
findings in consumable power point storiesThis is a permanent
full-time position with a salary range of $80K - $100K. The
position is ideally a hybrid role spending at least some time in
our Atlanta. GA office, though we would consider permanently remote
for the right candidate.As a Marketing Analyst you would:Perform
short, medium, and long-term reporting of marketing funnel. The
primary responsibility is the delivery of informative and accurate
reporting on performance metrics, identifying performance to
target, progress towards goals and areas of improvementGenerate
weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics and key
initiatives, identifying and and researching KPIs and Operating
Metrics that are out of trend. Provides analysis that can drive
outcomesRepresent and communicate outcomes and data-driven analysis
to various departments and senior management in consumable
presentations with storylinesUse the ROAS model to provide insights
into product and channel performance with analysis that can drive
outcomesSupport the development of measurement plans and KPI
reporting based on set marketing objectives linked to key campaigns
and always-on digital marketing tactics, including setting ROI
targetsMonitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and
key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in
accordance with goalsAnalyze traffic and channel trends in Google
Analytics/BI to identify and troubleshoot tracking issues or other
causes for conflicting dataAssist in project groups to answer
emerging organization questions requiring in-depth analyticsSeek
out improvements in our internal reporting and performance
monitoring to drive more accuracy, better insights, or more
streamlined processesAssist in designing, executing, and reporting
on tests of digital marketing efficiency at the channel, ad type,
platform and tactic levelsUse Google Analytics and Hubspot/Pardot
to provide insights into prospect journeyProvide ad hoc analysis as
neededThe ideal Marketing Analyst candidate has:BA or BS, or
equivalent work experience and passion, ideally in digital
marketing5+ years of related analytics experienceStrong analytical
skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with
reporting and data analysis, other analytical tool familiarity a
plus (SQL, SAS, BI Tools, etc.)Experience with web analytics
software and data visualization tools (e.g., mastery of Google
Analytics, and experience with advertising platforms like Facebook,
LinkedIn, and Twitter.)Experience with Google AnalyticsExperience
in understanding, representing, and communicating data-driven
analysis to various departments and senior management. Proficiency
in PowerPoint and visual presentation of data and data
insightsExperience analyzing and reporting on all Marketing
channelsA Self-Starter Personality: Proven track record of being
able to work independently and proactively engage with business
stakeholders with minimal direction.Strong interpersonal and verbal
communication skills, as well as the ability to articulate clearly
and effectively in person and in writingThe ability to interact
