*Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a full time Marketing Coordinator!*Orangetheory Fitness is a trendsetting franchise fitness organization with over 1,200 locations open worldwide. We are currently seeking a qualified Marketing Coordinator who can bleed ORANGE by helping to deliver the message of Orangetheory to the community through events and advertising. The Marketing Coordinator will oversee initiatives for studio locations in Michigan, Illinois, Missouri, Utah, and New Mexico.The ideal candidate for this position would have creativity, be able to analyze data, have a passion for sales, have organizational and problem-solving skills.*Benefits: ** Full time salaried position* Health/Dental/Vision offered* Paid holidays and PTO* Complimentary membership*Job Requirements: ** 1-2+ years of marketing experience* 1-2+ years of sales experience* Design experience (preferably Photoshop, but will accept Illustrator or Indesign)* Thrives in a fast-pace environment and able to shift focus based on changing demands* Works well within a team environment* Strong time management and organizational skills* Strong communication skills* Highly motivated and with strong work ethic*Job Details: **Marketing/Advertising Coordinator & Designer*:* Work closely with Marketing Director to develop and implement Orangetheory Michigan's core marketing and advertising strategy* Work closely with Studio Managers and Marketing Director to implement, communicate and organize various initiatives* Assist with Monthly Marketing Meetings with all Studio Managers either in person or using video conferencing* Use Canva and Photoshop to design materials as requested by individual studios for events and promotions, including refer and receive flyers* Create designs on the spot for studio needs such as 'new classes added, classes cancelled, etc.*Community Liaison & Event Coordinator*:* Actively research and coordinate local, regional and community events that cover 2 or more studios* Reach out to corporate businesses to bring brand awareness throughout the community, including private team building sessions, lunch and burns, 5k races, table set ups at businesses, sponsor run clubs (Expectation is that this is still being done on a studio level in addition to coordinator's efforts)* Coordinate donations and silent auction gifts to local organizations* Represent Orangetheory Fitness at events (races, health fairs, studio anniversary celebrations, grand-opening parties, social media influencer events, Regional Summer Party & Annual Holiday Party)*Social Media Management*:* Supervise social media outlets (Facebook & Instagram) for all studios. This will include building a team of social media liaisons at each studio to manage day-to-day social media presence as the studio level* Help manage each studio social media account by monitoring for content/promotions/benchmarks/etc. are getting posted* Hold a delegate meeting once a month to go over upcoming national promotions, specialty workouts, content ideas for organic posts, etc.* Make sure studios are brand & OTF social media policy compliant* Plan and maintain schedules for all social media channels* Create and curate daily content for social media for 8 studios which will be rolled out during monthly delegate and/or Manager meetings* Track and report individual and team social media analytics weekly* Act as the contact person for Tombras Advertising Agency* Host monthly meeting to review the upcoming month's social media layout* Send daily alerts to the social media team via whatsapp* Review social media posts and engagement daily* Create monthly social media calendar for all studios to follow*Google Management and Reputation.com*:* Monitor, review and respond to all reviews through business-reply feature* Plan incentives to increase social media reviews* Responsible for checking Reputation.com every morning for the previous days submitted review and respond accordingly* Alert the manager and regional if negative/further action is needed on any platforms* *Studio Communication*:* Communicate brand guidelines, expectations, in-studio events and coach announcements to the studios* Change Monthly In-Studio Slideshow and communicate to manager* Provide monthly digital and print assets to support promotions, supply & maintain a monthly promotional/studio budget* Review and approve monthly newsletters developed by delegate/studio representative for grammar, brand consistency and content* Offer suggestions and ideas for upcoming newsletter releases*Sales*:* Create a plan to execute the corporate sales and marketing initiatives* Present tools to the studio managers on how to drive the promotion and maximize results* Present analytics for sales and marketing campaignsJob Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Parental leave* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to FridayExperience:* Marketing: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
