Job Description:
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will own day-to-day program
management for our integrated marketing campaigns helping craft
campaign plans and then executing on them with precision, care, and
a certain panache. You'll work with a team of talented marketers
and revenue-minded folks to generate new leads, reignite existing
prospects, and expand existing accounts.The ideal candidate has
experience with multi-channel marketing and excitement about
experimentation, iteration, and driving growth. Lightbend provides
highly technical solutions so you will need to have experience, or
demonstrate ability to understand Enterprise technology
solutions.The role will report to our VP of Marketing and the
package includes a competitive base salary, bonus and full

Responsibilities Successful execution of marketing campaigns to
generate high quality leads for Sales Manage social media channels
(Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) to promote our culture, ideas,
capabilities, thought leadership, products and successes Own
digital advertising including relationships with publications, ad
development management, deliverables, deadlines and campaign
analysis and future recommendations. Ability to develop ad content,
or desire to learn, a plus. Ownership of monthly Lightbend
newsletter including content gathering, working with the digital
team on development, proofreading, execution and monthly analysis.
Create and optimize email nurture campaigns and batch emails.
Maintain an email calendar and socialize it across the
organization. Provide analysis and reporting on key marketing
metrics to ensure campaigns and content programming meet business
goals Help plan and manage events and webinars by identifying,
coordinating and assembling requirements and schedules Be a student
of demand generation and test new approaches Identify opportunities
and solutions to streamline and/or automate processes Requirements
Digitally savvy: You are excited by digital marketing, understand
and have experience of digital channels such as paid search, social
media, remarketing, and display. Salesforce knowledge, including
Pardot, is a plus! Data-driven: You have good analytical skills and
experience using data to drive actionable insights and
decision-making. Youre always thinking of the next marketing
experiment to try, and you know how to set goals and quantify your
performance against them. Organized and deadline-driven: With so
much going on, youll take ownership for getting campaigns, the
newsletter and other initiatives out the door, on time and up to
snuff. A team player: This role will collaborate across many teams.
You enjoy collaborating to bring a project to life. Experience: 3+
years' in-house or agency working with or for Enterprise IT. What
