You’ll help keep our inventory and vendor information organized while ensuring orders are placed correctly and on time. Responsibilities: Process purchase orders based on inventory needs and vendor quotes Communicate with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery schedules Enter and update data in our internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain organized records for orders, invoices, and product information Monitor inventory levels and notify the team of shortages or upcoming needs Assist with general office tasks as part of a small, collaborative team Qualifications and Requirements: Experience in purchasing or data entry preferred Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers Basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry systems) Clear communication skills with vendors and coworkers Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a small office setting Dependable, teamoriented attitude High School Diploma or GED Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check Benefits and Perks: $19-24 an hr Medical Benefits Paid Holidays 401K with match Your New Organization: Founded in 1992, our client has established an outstanding reputation as a leading mechanical contractor providing HVAC, plumbing and pipe fabrication services.
