Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Mortgage Closer to join our lending operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing closing documents, coordinating with title companies and attorneys, and ensuring timely and accurate closings. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of mortgage closing procedures, compliance requirements, and excellent communication skills to manage all parties involved in the closing process. Compensation: $50,000 yearly Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate mortgage closings with title companies, attorneys, and internal teams Ensure all closing documents are prepared accurately and sent out to the appropriate parties in a timely manner Monitor closing timelines and proactively push to meet deadlines and avoid delays Review closing packages for completeness and compliance with lender and regulatory requirements Track and confirm that mortgage transactions successfully close on the scheduled date Communicate internally with loan officers, processors, and underwriters to resolve any outstanding issues before closing Qualifications: Experience in a mortgage closing or related loan operations role preferred Strong knowledge of mortgage closing procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple closings and deadlines simultaneously Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in reviewing and preparing closing documents Proficient in loan origination systems (LOS) and document management software Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines About Company Lakeview Lending is a growing brokerage committed to delivering exceptional loan services to clients.
