Job Description Position Overview: /n Under general supervision,
Retail Associates provide guidance and education to each customer
regarding their individual marijuana needs. Retail Associates
assist every patient to ensure the patient is receiving the correct
medication that will best benefit the patient's specific illness
and medical condition. In adult-use markets, Retail Associates are
expected to provide excellent customer care and support the
Company's core values and culture. The Retail Associate works
closely and collaboratively with the dispensing facility leadership
to deliver results in a fast-paced environment where systems and
processes are continuously evolving. /n/n Major Areas of
Responsibility include: /n /n - Ensures all intake forms and other
paperwork is properly completed and filed correctly, then enters
all appropriate information in company databases for future
reference. /n - Confirms patient purchase limits prior to admission
into the consultation area and dispensary. /n - Provide exceptional
Customer Care by promoting and maintaining positive customer
relations. /n - Respond to calls or emails from customers
requesting product, training, and general information. /n -
Management of patient records through the use of state and company
database. /n - Maintenance and update of databases as needed. /n -
Fulfillment of customer orders. /n - Responsible for the sales and
promotion of all products. /n - Build and maintain a high level of
integrity and trust for specific products. /n /n/n Minimum
Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities): /n /n - Must be at
least 21 years of age. /n - Two years of direct customer service
experience required. /n - Retail experience a strong plus. /n -
Experience with Point-of-Sales systems. /n - Understanding of and
experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook. /n
/n/n Full Time (Weekends required) /n Travel %: /n FLSA status:
Non-exempt /n/n Additional Abilities Required: /n /n - While
performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to
stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time, use hands to
perform manual tasks, and lift or move up to 10 pounds (or more
with assistance). Must be able to speak and communicate verbally
with co-workers, customers, vendors, etc. The noise level in the
